Full Service Design:
Full service design for your wedding or event generally includes arrangements & installations for every part of your wedding - ceremony, bouquets & wearables, cocktail hour, and reception.
This type of event production involves a minimum investment of $5,000. With this service, we will guide you through this process leading up to your event:
- Phone consultation to chat event details and share ideas
- Follow up email with a detailed estimate for your event
- Approval of estimate & design concepts
- Contract signing & retainer payment
- Detailed moodboard, color palette, and event proposal
- Venue walk-through
- Final check in 60 days prior to event
- The Big Day!
Intimate scale events:
This service is for highlighting and adorning more individual moments throughout your event, such as bouquets, wearables, and reception florals - or any other combination you choose! This service is best suited for gatherings of 75 guests or less.
This type of event production involves a minimum investment of $3,000, where we will guide you through a more simplified process leading up to your event:
- Phone consultation
- Follow up email with event estimate
- Approval of estimate & design concepts
- Contract signing & retainer payment
- Moodboard & event proposal
- Design check in 60 days prior to event
- The Big Day!
Elopements:
A service specifically for those small, intimate gatherings. Whether it’s a day in the redwoods with you and your partner, or a gathering of your closest loved ones, we are thrilled to be a part of your day.
Individual pieces such as bouquets, boutonnieres & other wearables, centerpieces, and more can be requested A la carte with this service. Let us know what pieces you have in mind, and we will get back to you with availability and pricing.
The minimum investment for this service is $400.
Subscription accounts:
Investing in a custom design, filled with locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, is a perfect way to fill your space with something that is uniquely tailored to you. Whether it be for your annual holiday party, or to adorn your restaurant bar top, Nightfall is thrilled to create designs that tell the story of each individual environment.
We offer subscription accounts on a weekly & biweekly basis. Each account will come with a custom vase made by a local ceramicist, which we will fill each time with local ingredients that change with the natural seasons.
